Eastern Iowa Dairy Systems offers our customers on the farm service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Our office hours are 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday for sales, replacement parts, and any questions you may have. We now have a technician answering all the emergency calls after hours. The Scheduled Service Program is for scheduled maintenance on dairy equipment, it can be done quarterly, bi-annual, or yearly. We have a Hygiene Specialist that monitors CIP issues, chemical usage, udder health and the route program. They will work with you as your needs change. We can do a Milk Time Analysis to check teat end vacuum, prep procedures, and take off settings. Our employees are continually attending seminars, schools, and on the farm meetings to stay on top of the latest information. We understand that equipment downtime is the enemy of a dairyman and we strive to keep equipment working with minimal downtime.
